At Dastaan e Rumaan, we believe our textile traditions have stories worth keeping alive.
From handwoven fabrics, natural dyeing and traditional block printing to hand-painted textiles, we work with Pakistani artisans to bring generations of craftsmanship and heritage into contemporary fashion.
Our journey is about more than beautiful clothing. It's about preserving traditional Pakistani textile crafts, supporting artisan livelihoods, and encouraging a more sustainable way of making fashion.

Our story begins in Pakistan, where generations of textile crafters are preserving Pakistan's rich textile heritage. They are the artisans who kept crafts alive through handloom weaving, block printing, natural dyeing and hand painting. We celebrate locally made Pakistani textiles that carry the colours, culture, and character of Pakistan into today's fashion.

Behind every handwoven fabric, block-printed pattern, natural color extraction and hand-painted textile are the hands of a skilled artisan. Made slowly and thoughtfully, each creation carries its own character, celebrating the beauty of handmade Pakistani textiles.
Sustainable - Slow Fashion
Through traditional handloom weaving, natural dyeing, mindful use of water and electricity, and efforts to reduce plastic waste, we embrace sustainable fashion. We're also giving post-used plastic wrappers (MLP) a second life by turning them into useful, handwoven products.
